Tracking Your Order:

Modifying/Changing Your Shipping Address:
- If you need to change the shipping address for an order, please contact us immediately with the correct address. You can reach out to us via email at b7cases@gmail.com, and we will edit your order information if it has not yet been shipped.
Missing Package:
- If your order status shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, we suggest checking with your neighbors first to ensure that the package wasn't accidentally delivered to their address.
- If you don't find your package and the tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, please contact us at b7cases@gmail.com. Provide us with your name, shipping address, the email used for the order, and your order number. We will be glad to assist you and work on shipping you a replacement order if necessary.
- Note: If the tracking doesn't update within 2 to 3 business days, there's no need to worry as it is normal.
