Accessories | Important Shipping Info:
- Please be aware that if you purchase a Phone Case + Screen Protector or Phone Case + AirTag there will be two different tracking numbers on your order, as they are products from different suppliers and may be delivered on different days.
- Once your order ships, you should receive an email with all tracking information. If you cannot locate the email in your inbox, we kindly ask you to check the junk.
Modifying/Changing Your Shipping Address:
- If you need to change the shipping address for an order, please contact us immediately with the correct address. You can reach out to us via email at b7cases@gmail.com, and we will edit your order information if it has not yet been shipped.
Missing Package:
- If your order status shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, we suggest checking with your neighbors first to ensure that the package wasn't accidentally delivered to their address.

Provide us with your name, shipping address, the email used for the order, and your order number. We will be glad to assist you and work on shipping you a replacement order if necessary.
